Methods of payment:
A by bank transfer to the order of Vision Up Ltd. at:

specifying expressly Vs. Company and by submitting kindly copy of the payment.
The confirmation of participation is contingent upon successful completion of payments.
Timetables:
Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th September 2022
from 9.00 to 18.00
Exhibitors can enter one hour earlier.
Assembly stage:
– Thursday, September 22nd – from 8:00 to 18:00 + 1 hour, inside area
– Friday, September 23th – from 8:00 to 18:00 + 1 hour, indoor / outdoor area
– Access to the fairgrounds will be allowed within 18.00
– Saturday, September 24th – from 6.00 to 8.00, outdoor area
Disassembly stage:
– Sunday, September 25th – from 18.30 to 23.00
– Monday, September 26th – from 8:00 to 14:00
N.B. it is forbidden to enter inside the halls for loading and unloading by goods vehicles.
The interior stands must be completed by 19:00 pm on Friday 23th September. After this time the entrance of goods vehicles will not be allowed
The cars introduced in the Exhibition Centre for exhibition purposes must be without fuel in the tank and with the battery cables disconnected.
It is forbidden the circulation of motor even if solely for demonstration purposes in the media exposure.
Parked vehicles in the exhibition center over the assembly/disassembly stage times will be removed by the tow truck.
The removal will take place before 14.00 on Monday, 26th September.
After this deadline ModenaFiere will independently remove the goods by charging the exhibitor’s expense reserving the right to remove packages and any obstacle without giving title to any right of recourse defaulting exhibitor.
Services and Supplies
The set-up materials and rental services for American furniture and structures, floral decorations, must be requested from Vision Up.
ModenaFiere can be contacted for all the other TECHNICAL SERVICES, which are listed below: electrical, telephone, water connections / internet connection / goods handling with forklift or trolleys / stand cleaning.
Vigilance:
During the opening hours, set-up and dismantling, exhibitors will not have to leave the stand unattended.
ModenaFiere will provide night surveillance from the evening of Thursday 22 to the morning of Monday 26.
Cleaning:
Modenafiere will provide general cleaning while the stands are charged to individual exhibitors.
Insurance:
Exhibitors may, at their own discretion, take out with their insurance company insurance cover against all material and direct damage to all the goods on display and held in the halls, the premises and the free area of the Fair District.
Modenafiere assumes no liability for direct and indirect damages or prejudices caused to people or things by anyone or otherwise provoked.
Consequently, Modenafiere does not recognize any damage caused, for example, by theft, fire, explosions, malicious events in general, ruptures, infiltrations of water, natural events in general and any natural disasters.
